USING THE WEBSITE
You may use the website for lawful personal, professional or organisational purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape or exploit substantial parts of the website, submit unlawful or abusive material, impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.

INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE
We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but projects, dates, venues, fees and opportunities may change. An event or opportunity is not confirmed until it is stated as confirmed and, where relevant, a booking or agreement has been accepted.

Content is provided for general information and is not professional legal, medical, clinical or therapeutic advice.

MENTAL HEALTH AND SAFEGUARDING CONTENT
Doubtfire Creative may publish artistic, educational or participation content relating to mental health, trauma or wellbeing. This material is not a substitute for assessment, treatment or advice from a qualified health professional.

The website is not monitored as an emergency or crisis service. Anyone at immediate risk should contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, branding, text, graphics, resources, photographs, production concepts and other original material are owned by or licensed to Doubtfire Creative.

You may view and print material for personal reference. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, sell, train an automated system on, or use material commercially without written permission, except where the law allows.

Third-party names, scripts, show titles, images or trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.

LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website may link to external websites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, security or content of external services, and a link does not necessarily mean that we endorse everything on that site.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website without notice. We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors or harmful material.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of, or reliance on, general website content. Different liability provisions may apply under a specific contract for tickets, courses, commissions or participation.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website applies from the date shown at the top of the page.
